These leases are all over TX, OK, LA and MS. I am on one down in SE OK North of Wright City. 1024 Ac and only 10 families on the lease. Prices are very reasonable and you can join an existing club that is seeking members. I rarely ever see another hunter during the Deer season. Deer, hogs, and Black bears are plentiful so be aware. Broken Bow is only 17 miles east of us, so if we want to stay in a hotel, its not too far.

I hunted Weyerhaeuser lease for over 20 years.

Are you Native American by any chance? If you are, there's a lot of land open to you in northeast Okielahomer.

There are many Oklahoma Wildlife department lands that you can do all you described.

I do it every year.

We kayak into some secluded parts of certain WMA’s. I have yet to see signs of other hunters. I love it.

I was just on a TX hunting message board, and evidently, lease prices have gone up in Oklahoma. It appears $15/acres is the new going rate.

I can see paying more if you’re getting something for your money, but a random piece of land with no idea if there’s even deer on it ain’t worth $15/acre (at least not to me).

pay $10 unfortunately that's a stretch for me. times have changed probably nowhere you can hunt for free or in exchange for work like i had for 21 years. miss that place a lot.

I'll stick to public land. By the time you figure in lease costs in addition to other costs (food, camper), you might as well be buying it from the store. It would be cheaper.
