yep...lost my favorite not long ago. I determined my problem is that I always carried it in my pocket where there is usually a large 'ball of keys' Dragging out the keys would sometimes pull the knife with it and it would fall without me knowing. My solution was to designate my right front pocket for knives and guns only.
