There are a lot of junk mags out there. I gave up and order mags from Springfield. If you find a bargin out there just check the make and lot number on the Internet. You should get an easy answer on the mags quality.

I've bought the korean ones in the brown wrapper...they function flawless...great mag and I think I paid $12 each

I purchased two 25 round CMI (Check Mate Industries) mags from 44MAG, I really like the stainless one.
