M1A Scout Squad Upgrades

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in the OK/TX (OKC to Dallas really) that can do some quality work on my Scout Squad?

I'm looking at getting a McMillan M3A stock bedded, adding a Troy Battle Rail, upgrading some components to NM specs, etc.

After adding a Bradley Cheekrest to my M1A Scout I have kind of shelved the idea of getting a new McMillian stock for now.

Have you checked the M14/M1A Forum?
