I say good for the store owner. I don't think Kelly really wanted the gun anyway. I have other thoughts about this issue, so I will keep them to myself. :wink2: But I am sure many of you guys feel the same.

I won't. He's a POS, along with Pelosi, Reid, and all of rest of the drones on Pennsylvania Ave. There, I said it!

I would love to see this agitator being charged as a straw purchase

He hadn't completed the 4473 yet, and there is not indication that he was not the actual purchaser. There is no requirement for the gun to be "for his personal use". So it would be hard to charge him with anything.

I do however, agree that the store owner was smart to cancel the transaction.
