18".. as a backup to the police mag and otherwise beater shotgun Does the mossberg 500 pistol grips fit these? how does the bluing hold up?

They are decent, I had a 500 pistol grip on mine it fit well. My only problem with it was the safety, its a cross bolt and I'm a left handed long gun shooter so the 500 tang safety is the only way for me.
