You think that's bad, you should see the drive thru line for an In-N-Out Burger the first couple of months after one opens. Especially in an area that they don't already exist. It's measured in HOURS.

Every time we go to Texas the wife has to stop at Whataburger in Greenville Texas to get her fix. Now maybe I’ll make fewer trips to Texas

I really don’t understand the following they have. I ate at one in AZ while on vacation on thought it was meh at best.
No food is worth that amount of headaches yet there may be a day when i cant find something else to eat without having to sit and wait in line just to place a order and then wait to get my food, they should give a heck of a big discount for the fuel that your using while waiting.
I agree 100%. The only reason I know so much about how backed up they get is because they are the client I've been working on for the last 3 years (architecture). One thing I have to say in favor of INO is that they are SERIOUS about the cleanliness of their stores. They have crews that come in every night and deep clean top to bottom. They are so particular about it that my firm had to change the way we detail a few things in the drawings to (and I'm not joking) eliminate the risk of a cleaning cloth getting caught and leaving pieces behind.
Beyond their cleanliness, meh, I don't rank them any higher than any other fast food burger.
