I live here (no In N Out's here) -- i work in Texas and for a couple of Texas companies

But ive spent significant time in Cali-fornee -- love In N Out

Whompus Burger doesnt compare (to me ) - but my Texas peeps defend Whompus Burger to the death

I rolled through 3 or 4 days ago at 945 AM -- everything on the breakfast menu looked like junk so i asked if it was too early for a burger? -- No problem was the answer - so - "Cool !"
- I will take a Jalapeno cheese double burger with bacon and grilled onions please - no additional condiments ! --

Then 3 verifications later and a couple of "Whats?" ----- i got to the window and the robust young lady (but cute in the face) up there was taking my window and gave me some good natured sass -- "So this is the guy with the complicated burger !" ---
Shared a laugh - and i thought(hmmmm- complicated? )


The epilogue? -- opened up my burger a mile down the road --

Single Jalapeno cheeseburger - and thankfully no condiments. Not a double JAlapeno cheseburger with bacon and grilled onions -- too far away to turn around and i didnt really have time to deal with it

-- I literally hope the place burns to the ground after hours (not worth anyone being injured at all ) and the employees find lucrative new careers at Dollar General (or Tree) where lifeless stares, huffing on vape products and calling for price checks every 3 minutes is the norm

Pretty much my experience with the new corp WAB also.
What's up with when you order a HB they as do you want cheese on it, I always think I should order a CB cut the cheese.

The Wife and I Love In and Out. We even get a chuckle at the Name. In n Out, like the Kum n Go convenience stores.
If you ever get to the Austin area, I highly recommend

I remember when everyone with a grill cooked like those two. Possibly even better back in the late 70's when I was a kid. Technology and Corporate Greed took just about all of them down. Plus it is grueling work, and has never paid much.
But back in my day when we walked to school in the snow uphill both ways, People did not mind working hard. Low wages was the norm and we never complained about it. We were bragging not complaining.
