Want To Buy Mil-Spec Upper Receiver

Trying to find a Mil-Spec upper receiver. I'm beginning to put a few pieces together for the upcoming lower group buy, and the first one being put together will be a PCC (since I've never had one before!). I don't know much about 9mm dedicated uppers, and what may be unique about them - parts wise. My plan was to build one with a mil-spec upper. If you have one available, please let me know. I can travel a reasonable distance and can pay cash. Located in Newcastle.

I’d start by looking at the sites that have factory built PCCs. Look at the parts available on their sites.
