This DA needs to be made an example of by the BAR. She should be disbarred post haste. The McCloskeys were obviously not competent in tactics, strategy, or safety but NOBODY was injured. There are laws to be utilized for negligence, but they aren't available in this case. What the McCloskeys did wasn't criminal in any way, shape or form. The instant the mob crossed that private property line they are who became unlawful. This ***** of a DA is not doing this because a crime was committed, she's not even doing this because she can win in court, because even she knows she can't. She's doing this because she can. She's weaponizing her office against innocent private citizens in furtherance of a political agenda. And she's willing to do it.

If the legal profession is to maintain any sort of credibility with the public they need to clean up their ranks. They can start with this ***** and Nifong her ass for prosecutorial misconduct post haste and make an example out of her.

I could not agree with you more. She is to lawyers what the rioters and looters are to the rest of society. She's a piece of garbage and as Trump has called them, they are anarchists ! Somehow this crap has to stop !

I am in awe of the fact you used "Nifong" as a verb. Well played, Sir.

This, I'm all about protecting your property, they way they did it was not the right way, IMO. Watching that woman wave the pistol around made me cringe.
She actually swept the back of her husbands head with her muzzle it appeared. Could have been the camera angle, but it didn't look like actions a competent, trained gun owner would do.
It did have the desired effect though.
We keep hearing the politicians on the left saying they are not coming for our guns. Well, except for beto bozo that said he is going to bring armed forced to your home and confiscate your guns and he is going to be bidens gun czar if elected.
This is the perfect example of a liberal style of government coming for our guns when innocent property owners decided to take their safety and the safety of their property into their own hands.
Government is tasked to protect it's citizens. When they fail like they have in liberal cities, the citizens must protect themselves.
