I don't know what the caliber is --- the listing just says is a fiddy cal of some sort. But that thing just looks incredible.

That is true. It was a sad day finding out that it was also up the alley of people that had a LOT more moolah to drop on it. Going back about 4 auctions, the bids seemed low, but then the last couple of auctions seems to have gone back to people paying ridiculous prices.
