Great, will keep you in mind. Haven't bought the gun yet still trying to get hold of the seller. It's a Beretta A303 with an Improved Cylinder barrel if that tells you anything.

As thin as some of the improved cylinder barrels are, if there is not enough wall thickness there for safety reasons, I can silver solder a sleeve into the barrel and cut it for the choke you want. Of course this is permanent and you only have that one choke. The cost for this is $130...

To wrap this up, ended up with a like new Remington 1100 with Rem-Choke system and 3 choke tubes.
Lucked into this gun, telling a friend about my trials trying to buy a shotgun, he comes up with this 1100 and says "You can have it, tickles me that it will have a good home". I about fell over...
