I have to question the legality of at least two things:

1) Allowing a firearm on campus.

2) The use of a minor on a school campus for a political ad.

Recently, the state of Oklahoma forbid the lottery from using images of children in classrooms for their promotions.

Yes they are, and they go through great pains to make sure there's a sticker on the front door of ever campus and admin building.

I honestly can't see how these shooters continue to not take notice of these stickers..they're right there in plain sight, and the shooters so far have been quite literate.
