I would love to see all of these guys work together to benefit each other (and gun show goers). Things tend to be better for everyone overall when there is a spirit of cooperation. However, without pointing fingers, there always seems to be at least one grumpy social misfit in the bunch trying to knocker it up for everyone.

Matt Hindi (Navy Chief) and I talk on the phone almost every day, I will do everything I can to help his show be a success. He has already done the same for me. He helped work at my show, he has talked to vendors for me as well as other things. We share ideas. We just want to have some fun shows and maybe make a few bucks in the process. Even though Oklahoma is a crowded market for gun shows, I think that there is plenty of room for quality events without stepping on anyones toes. Fortunately for us there are some larger promoters that are gentlemen.

I noticed you two scheduled gun shows on the same weekend. That makes it kind of difficult to support both shows.

I guess you figure they are far enough apart to not hurt each others business?

Dave,
Thanks for the kind words and you know I have your back to help you out as well with anything for our shows. And you are correct we did it the right way by talking with the other promoters. I am sure we will be hollering at each other soon again on the phone with stuff for our shows. I am sure I will run into you this weekend at the shows. Looking forward to helping you with Shawnee show.
Take Care.
Matt

You are correct we talked about this since we are so far apart and each region has their specific venders we would not be affecting each other’s shows.
