Mornin' everbody. The last couple weeks have been a screaming mess. It appears that every single hotel/convention center has jacked their prices up to the clouds. Every time we think we found one, we get our souls crushed again. I'll explain at a later date. Just venting right now.

I kind of know what your event is about, but are you limiting your search to just the OKC area? If you are open to consider other areas, we've been in events in Broken Arrow at a hotel that has nice meeting facilities, even for large groups. What I don't have any idea of is what they charge.

We have given that some thought, but the problem is the convention owner lives in Houston and all of us who help out live in the OKC metro area. We don't have any anyone in the Tulsa area to help us keep track of things there.
