What a disgusting deal....

BARTLESVILLE - A 26-year-old mother is being held on second-degree manslaughter complaint in the Thursday death of her 10-day-old girl, who was allegedly placed in a washing machine that went on a full wash cycle.

Lyndsey D. Fiddler was booked into the jail in Bartlesville on a failure to appear for a court review on an April arrest for possessing drugs. The manslaughter complaint was added about 3:30 p.m. Friday.

Police say Fiddler placed a 911 call at 7:42 p.m. Thursday saying, “My baby is dead.” Police, ambulance and fire trucks responded in the 500 block of Shawnee Avenue, where the death occurred.

Bartlesville Police Chief Tom Holland said an arrest will be made for the infant’s death, but officials are continuing to sift through evidence from search warrants and interviews.

“I’ve been involved in law enforcement for 40 years, and I’ve never seen anything like this,” Holland said. “I’ve never heard anything like this. It is hard. Our officers are all professionals, but they are also fathers and grandfathers. And any time you have something that involves a baby, it is not easy to deal with.”

Holland said Fiddler originally claimed to 911 the infant had been killed by a family member.

The police report states Fiddler blamed her mother, Rhonda Coshatt. But Holland states she was referred to an aunt.

Another voice on the 911 call could be heard in the background saying, “No I didn’t kill your baby. You did.”

According to a police report, Coshatt, stated she last saw the baby when Fiddler left the living room to go feed her. Fiddler returned without the baby.

Coshatt told officers she then went looking for the infant. After hearing the washing machine, she found the baby after lifting the lid.

Two young boys were removed from the home and are in custody of the state Department of Human Services, Holland said.

“I can assure you we’re not going to leave any stone unturned,” Holland said.

Fiddler was arrested on April 7 in Washington County on a misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She pleaded guilty on Aug. 16 and was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence and drug and alcohol evaluations, which included random drug tests.

A bench warrant for her arrest was issued on Oct. 25 for failing to appear at a review hearing.

Surely this woman didnt just say to herself I want to kill the baby so the best way would be to put it in the washing machine and wash it to death. She had to have had some kind of mental freakout or something.

I dont know if any one remembers, but, there was a woman once who had a seizure or something weird and put her baby in the microwave and cooked it.
And remember the dumbass 17 yr old kid a few years ago in east Tulsa who was all phukked up on xanax and couldnt even get up to take care of the baby after her father and the babys father left to go to work and the familys puppy ate the babys face and killed it.
Some people just have their circuits wired different than ours or something in their heads gets all phukked up for a mother to kill a baby.

Hell my kids are 14 and 18 and their mother would kill YOU if you were to harm her 'babies'. I gaurentee you cant even yell at them without her protecting them, much less try to kill them.
