On Long Island last week, alleged drunk driver plowed vehicle into a nail salon/spa, killing 4 people including off-duty officer getting ready to attend her friend's wedding. Several others injured.
Then on July 4th, three people killed and several injured in NYC park when Ford F150 blasted through intersection and across the sidewalk - allegedly driven by substance abuse counselor who had supposedly been turned away at a bar earlier because he was too intoxicated.
