My babygirl Chigger (her real name is DJ) turned 21 today. 
I remember it like yesterday. Mrs. GED had been spotting and having mild contractions for a couple of days. Then on a cool overcast morning, as I was about to leave for work, just before 8am, she yelled out the door at me, saying her water broke.
We made it to the hospital in about 30 minutes and many of our family members arrived shortly after. Mrs. GED was dialated to about a 6 and was begging for drugs. I already had mine.
By the time the nurse returned with the drugs, it was too late...she was on the way!
The doctor had left for Tulsa, saying he would be back in time for her delivery, but he didn't make it. DJ was welcomed to the world at 11:59am by a wonderful nurse, myself and her pushy aunt who muscled her way into the delivery room somehow.
Anyways...happy birfday Chig! Daddy loves you.
