For the no arms or legs and NEW like you stated it is going to be really hard to beat PSA.

I have built a few and have 4 myself and every one will hold 3/4" at 100 yards or better.
I built off the Freedom series Blems.

Did those have the Nitride barrels or the chrome lined? For the price they are hard to beat. What ammo were you using

The first two I built were 416 stainless and 2 more were nitride.
I have not shot any store ammo.
I do not like store ammo.

I have shot 40 50 and 55 gr v max hand loads and all of them shoot great Powders include N133 H335, H4895, Blc-2, H322, Benchmark, 8208XBR and a few others And Nosler 55gr Varmageddon bullets have been used.

The .223/5.56 is just not a picky round basically stick appropriate powder in a case and pop a bullet in there and light it off with cci 450 primers.
