Need a locksmith or someone to cut a car key

Hey, does anybody here have the ability to cut a key? I bought this:

I don't need it programmed, just need the key cut to match my other key. Everywhere around here that I have gone will only cut the key if I buy it from them for $100+.

There is a small locksmith in claremore that does stuff like that. Doubt you want to drive that far.

He programmed a Jeep key for me a while back for $40. That key was already cut by the previous owner, but never programmed for some reason. If 2 keys are already programmed I could have programmed a 3rd key myself in the Jeep. But I didn’t have 2 programmed keys.

I would also suggest trying ACE Hardware.

Ace wouldn't do it for me. Lakeside Safe & Shop was able to cut it for me. I thought I could just transfer the inside of the original key to the new one but no luck. Going to have to get it programmed somewhere I guess.

the car computer usually can do it it you have a original factory key left and not a copy. do some research before you pay.

seen a lot of those 80-100 dollar keys thrown in the junk bucket make sure you find someone who knows how to cut a key . code cutting is the best way to do it
