I'd recommend searching FB marketplace for "tractor work" near your location.
Usually about $75/hr with 2-hr minimum.

That's how I located a tractor guy for my project. Good luck.

Good luck, I called about 20 people before I found 6 that would give me a bid.
Of those , only 4 actually wanted to bid the job.
The guy I used out of these 4 wanted 1/2 up front and he quit less than 1/2 way through the job and screwed me for about 1/3 of the money.
2nd batch of bids of about 4 or 5 contractors, 1 guy got pissed off when I told him I was getting 4 bids , he said that was too many.
2 of the last 4 bids had almost identicle bids.
I used one guy and he didn't take a dime up front.
I'd probably only do around 1/4-1/3 paid upfront.
