[QUOTE="aarondhgraham, post: 4199410, member: 13337"] I had Progressive when a deer took out my beloved Nissan Sentra,,, Unfortunately it was in the middle of the COVID shutdowns. Not having an "agent" who I could see in person was a huge bummer,,, Everything had to be done by fax, phone, and e-mail,,, It took almost 2 months but I finally got a check. It was a reasonable settlement as well,,, Of course more money would have been better,,, But after talking to several other people I was satisfied with the amount. After that no agent experience,,, I decided to go with a local Allstate agent,,, I knew I would pay higher premiums but wanted an agent. They have raised my premium every 6-months thereafter,,, After 2 years I'm paying 153% of what it started. As soon as I can locate and lock down a live Progressive agent,,, I'm switching back to them for their lower rates. I have until May to find one,,, I just haven't looked seriously as yet. Aarond .
