Good choice.

For the record, RRA, makes a decent rifle, but they are over-priced in my opinion.

Dallas PD can only carry a colt or RRA AR for duty use. IDK why but thats the way it is.

Knowing nothing of the subject matter, my guess is that it would be a contractual matter. A salesman for RRA probably gave the DPD a great price break on the rifles with a compliance stipulation with an exception to colt. DPD probably made it a rule so that they could keep the price incentive.

This Ill agree to since we are doing so much agreeing. I actually think the EMP 40 is a small bit under priced at $1k. These little pistols really hold, or actually increase in value, in my opinion. Yes, I really like them so I am a little bias.
