The plaintiff is a property manager with properties in high-risk areas. He was denied a carry permit by Andover TWP Police, then that denial was upheld by a judge because he "failed to demonstrate a substantial threat."

Evan Nappen is one of the big three Second Amendment attorneys out there. This sounds like a well-chosen case.

I hope he wins. It amazes me how people ever let these kind of "laws" happen In the first. I hope one day all these anti gun laws are put to bed.

Having lived in New Jersey, I'm not surprised at the present state of gun laws. New Jersey is a deep blue state--the only red spot in the whole state is Ocean County, where I used to live.
