So let me get this straight, some of y’all are complaining that the 9th circuit actually ruled IN FAVOR of a citizens 2A rights?? I don’t care how many felonies this guy has had, if he is out of prison then he should have ALL his rights restored, period. Now I know some of y’all Fudds don’t like that. But shall not be infringed means what it says, whether you agree with it or not.
I believe this guy was a five time convicted felon.

Interesting. I have to first differentiate what "type" of felon I would apply this to:

1) Felon that has served the sentence for their crime.
2) Felon who is on a deferred or suspended sentence.

No issue with a Felon who has served their sentence owning a firearm or voting.

Felon serving sentence in the public: they should not be allowed to posses a firearm (or vote) until the term of the sentence is completed.

People deserve a second chance.
