So Gibbs is now saying he couldn't acknowledge details of the drone program up until 2011 but it seems that now he can because he never signed a confidentiality agreement not to, but that means the Russian Media is telling the truth about an old bill which has resurfaced in congress that will allow for refugee camps in the event of national emergencies?
