I was at OYE yesterday at the fairgrounds and Gov Stitt was there telling the crowd to keep attending events like this (well over 1000 people) and “go to church tomorrow morning”.

CDC now stating to gatherings of more that 50 people nationwide for the next 8 weeks, doesn't apply to schools, churches and universities. So if you have plans to attend any events in the next 8 weeks, keep that in mind.

Removing churches from that list makes no sense.

Unless all of the folks over 60 stay home.

I'm wondering if the actions of declaring S-O-E's is to take advantage of the federal S-O-E and its implementation of billions of dollars to combat the Coronavirus?

I'd think that if a city or state issued a declaration, that they could get some of that money.
