I'm afraid that this virus is much bigger than anyone thinks, even our medical authorities are stymied. Economic abyss awaits, many restaurants, stores, etc still have to make mortgage payments without income and that is very difficult. They'll have no choice but to go bankrupt if it lasts several months. Couple that with thousands upon thousands of companies that will no doubt suffer-airlines, trucking, etc. About the only business that won't suffer are grocery stores. This has the making of an international disaster the likes of which we've never seen during our lifetime.

Don’t forget liquor stores not suffering. I stopped by my liquor store this morning and the wine aisles are starting to look like Walmart TP aisle.

I live 1.5 miles from WRWA and my neighborhood is directly beneath the S. approach.
Those jets come in low and slow over my house.
The landing gear is extended and you can hear them feathering the engines to remain in the proper glide slope.
In nice weather I enjoy sitting outside and observing.

Air traffic, in this airport at least, is WAY down.
Probably half of normal times.

I have to admit....I work with a bunch of highly educated people. Most to all of us have at least one Master's Degree and a lot of PhD folks in my building.

What gets me is everyday of every week of every month....I see (again) highly educated people not washing their hands when the "business" is finished in the restroom.

H*LL ... I see a few bring in water bottles and set them on top of the urinal or take them into the toilet. Then I hear others on the toilet -in the stall- talking on the cell phone.

I have been fist bumping people for several years now instead of shaking hands and once in a while get a funny look from the other person.....oh well.

***On a positive note*** Maybe, just maybe, this outbreak will cause or re-cause people to wash their ever lovin' hands more than they ever have!!!!! Wash hands...then if necessary use hand sanitizer. Don't forget....use your paper towel to grab the handle of the restroom door....don't dirty up your hands just as you have finished washing them!!!

**After all this Covid-19 issue has blown over...I HOPE PEOPLE WILL REMEMBER TO WASH THEIR HANDS. D*mn shame is takes a virus to reinforce CLEANLINESS!!!!

Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
