Bacon = complete attention focus
I can't remember if I posted this pic before. This was the winter of 1980 (around January, I'm thinking.
He stood around 11 feet tall. His eyes were grapefruits, his mustache a plastic coat hanger and his hat was a 30 gallon galvanized trash can. We started building him around 9am and this pic was taken just before sunset. I'm the proud young lad on the left.

Yup. I think I was around 10 or 12.
The rest of the "builders" are (left to right) my oldest brother Rob (squating) my middle brother Steve, my 1st cousin Danny and family friend George. Danny's older brother Mike helped too, he's taking the picture.
