hurt like a mofo. removed 3 disc's, inserted 3 cages, 6 titanium screws, and 3 titanium rods. took a good portion of bone from my spine, ground it into powder and filled the cages with it. in time the vertebrae will fuse them self together.

I never imagined a person could hurt so bad.
