OH NO, Holder is on the move again: "We Want to Explore Gun Tracking Bracelets"

Too bad that E. Holder didn't put gun tracking bracelets on the Obama/Holder Fast & Furious Guns. But those guns only went to Mexican Drug Cartels and are not that important---right? We really need to crack down all those law abiding AMERICAN CITIZENS that own gun though---right?
