You obviously have never worked in the construction trades. Whenever the weather is bad we all sat inside by the fire and stayed warm. All construction simply stops when the weather is bad!
I actually have worked in construction. The most fair weather job out there and everyone knows it...Just stop with this you are coming off sounding like a true construction worker.
