Old service station restoration

I liked the brick before. It should be pretty cool when done. I’ve always wanted to repurpose an older building like that into a house.

I have a friend that did that with an old service station in Kansas, it is very cool. It was 1 bay and an office area. Office is now bedroom, bay is living room/kitchen, there's a guest loft. It's pretty sweet if you're into that style and small homes.
