I sure hope that's a typo, because that means they give a preference to placing a burden on the citizen to articulate "reasonable fear of great bodily harm" over merely expanding the concealed weapons license to cover all handguns open or concealed. (This is assuming that the bills on their website are not in numerical order because they have a certain preference for one bill over another.)I'm still waiting to find out which bill is the subject of the discharge petition.</blockquote>
