Since your post, it has been reported as Engrossed to House.  That would be great, although without someone who has an inside link to leadership it would be more reactionary than anything. You could easily report on amendments and substitutes as they are transmitted, but the legislative process in Oklahoma is still more of a dictatorship in the sense that the presiding officer in each chamber has the say in what gets heard on the floor and what doesn't.Still, any encouragement of involvement in the legislative process helps.</blockquote>
