Toss in states like VA, NH, VT, AZ, UT, and AK where OC is essentially unrestricted and there are no problems with it and one must absolutely wonder why those people in the legislature think we are different. </p><p></p><p>I e'mailed Ms. Tibbs with this very question a while back. No response was ever received. Maybe I got her email address wrong. Yeah - that's the ticket. Why else would a responsible legislator not respond to the query of a citizen? Oh right. We're not citizens. We're subjects.</p></blockquote><p></p>
