My wife and I are heading down to Dallas to start our Red River Shootout weekend.

Probably ate about 1/2 dozen too many home grown fresh cayenne peppers last night on the side of a big plate of mamas shrimp fried rice and was up pretty much off and on all night beginning a little after midnight eating Rolaids like peanuts and taking Pepcid........had that bad kinda heartburn where you can feel the burn in your chest and throat.

Most generally I can get away with over indulging in spicy foods but ever once in awhile I pay for it........last nite was one of the nights that I paid for it.

No intentions to stop eating cayennes when the urge strikes me.........I like them too much.
