So, this is moving week. We have been packing much of the stuff ourselves, since we have been given permission to begin moving things into the garage Tuesday prior to actual closing on Wednesday. Taking a bit of a break, I’m sitting at my desk and notice one of the stacks of boxes and wondering why the hate for cucumbers

For me, a cucumber is not ready to eat until it has transformed into a dill pickle.

I love cucumbers. Raw with salt and pepper or marinaded overnight with a mix of sugar, vinegar and other spices.
