While in Montana this year, I managed to get just a few pictures because most of the time we were working and couldn't stop for photography. So, here is another picture of the Clark Fork River.
Heading home today from a 10 day Caribbean cruise and three days prior hanging out in Ft Lauderdale.
Had a great time, met a lot of folks from around the world to visit with.
Be home about 9 hours from now.
Send me a PM before you book an Alaskan cruise. There is a right way and a wrong way to take one.
Well, the expected 9 hour return home stretched into a 16 hour day traveling and we are still not home. Didn’t get into Tulsa until 11 pm, so just booked a hotel for the night to drive home to Ponca in the morning, then drop off the wife and luggage to make an appointment at the VA in OKC at 2pm. Be another long travel day for me tomorrow as well.
Nampa, Idaho has the "Warhawks Museum" dealing with historic aviation. This is one of their displays and is known as the "Blue Max," which is a Fokker DR-1 triplane.
No pictures for today as we spent all day touring two caverns and driving part of the Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Right now, I am uploading 400 photos of the two caverns to my Smugmug site and can't get a photo to embed while the uploading is going on.
Sadly, Virginia's trees have mostly dropped all of their leaves, so there is very little Fall colors to photograph.
Good evening all,
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving. We drove down to New Orleans today to be with our kids and grandson for a few days. This has started to be a tradition for us, spending Thanksgiving in the French Quarter in New Orleans. It is really great!
