Son put a huge habinaro in a can of pinto beans last night. It was burrito night. Dang, that was painful but I couldn't stop eating it. Am I hooked on the pain??

I've done that ... I always, always, always regret it the next day ... But I'm like a moth to a damned flame ...

I been making wine and cider for many years now, I remember coming across recipes for making a wine out of peppers and tomatos to use as a marinade.

Growing up in San Diego my father grew his own peppers, made his own sauces and salsas, etc, so I grew up eating that stuff. I dont grow or make anything myself but I have had a life long love for hot peppers and spicy foods and gladly so does my wife and 2 of my kids.

I have 6 Carolina Reapers going this year. I've grown Habs and Jolokias in previous years.

Dehydrate most of them, but going to try and make a pepper mash this year.
