Now for my real two cents. I don't think OU should be #1, but I can't say for certain who I think should be, so let them have it. Way to early in the season for anyone to get to excited. Near as I can tell too, everyone is pretty scared of the last game of the season, both OU and OSU fans. You definitely won't hear me talking smack before the game happens. OSU is doing well, but they need to improve a lot to be talking about a National Championship... that is a bit premature my man. Don't let your mouth (or fingers on here) write checks our team can't cover.

I do think (and hope) that there is a good chance Big 12 south will come down to the bedlam game though. I would love nothing more for OU to stay number one for... another month and 7 days lets say....

And OU's Schedule was strong? FSU game was inflated and they played Texas comming off a loss (not to mention the severe issues they have with a young 1st string) so OU's schedule isn't quite that hard, yet, either. In my opinion, the near loss to the Air Force said a lot.

I guess since ou's win over texas was easy because texas was coming off of a loss, Osu should whip up on nebraska pretty easy since they are coming off a loss also.

I say they shouldnt even play next week, just go ahead and give osu that easy win..
