Congrats on the move! You have been wishing for this to come to fruition and it finally has. Must be a major steppingstone in your life for retirement although that property won't let you retire. Your "different" work life is just starting. Good thing you got the tractor, it will be one of the most important items in maintaining the property.
Gravel driveway or is it paved?
I can see lots of my summers spent on that RV pad........Just kidding! :D

Thanks Dennis. Already been using the tractor a lot. Still getting used to the HST trans on it as I keep reaching for the forward/reverse lever on the column like on construction equipment that I'm used to. I woke up this morning with my back reminding me "retirement", at some point, will still be work but much more enjoyable. However, with this work around the property it will get me in much better physical shape than the current "round" shape I'm in. Your welcome to the RV pad any time. It has a fantastic view of the property and is full hookups other than TV/Satellite. THe driveway is gravel but from the street to the main house it seems to have an old very hard packed asphalt or something under the top layer of gravel. Going to have to investigate it more.

Very nice. Congratulations!

Your place looks familiar. Is it close to the highway?
Yes. North side of the Hwy sort of the top of a hilly part of the road and right across the street from a brand new really nice barn that was just completed that is a tan'ish or light yellow color close to the road.
Bristow is a nice town, I'm sure you'll like it. The pawn shop there is a good place to get ammo and they always have at least a few guns in stock as does the local Walmart.
I've heard about it, I think. DO you recall the name and location?
Good for you! It's a great feeling isn't it?
Yes, Sir!! Had some of my wife's family come by yesterday who is moving back from Bentonville and they were super impressed and looking for something similar now.
