Palmetto State Armory uppers and ARs

I’m considering purchasing a Palmetto State Armory upper assembly with the A front site. Anybody have any opinions on their products?

I used two of their complete uppers and one of their lowers on my first two builds. I've yet to have any problems, pretty darn good for the money I got them for IMO, but I'm no AR expert.

I have been using them for years. Hard to beat for the price. The only time I ever had a problem with PSA was on some parts I ordered a long time ago. One of the parts were messed up. They made it right and then some.

Another thing about PSA. If you watch the sales, you can get some really good prices.

I have two, both function perfectly. Sometimes their shipping is slow. I ordered a BCG from them, which they shipped without the firing pin. It took a couple of calls and a month, but they made it right.

I was on their website today and found one for $169. It’s the freedom series.

Compared to quality made ones you can get, they are pure crap. That said most folks find em decent soft use plinkers.

if you can get one of the FN CHF barrels it will be a keeper. very accurate
