I would switch to Crocks..but I would feel like I have given up on life... but seriously, As much as this post has gone sideways, one thing I have learned in my two whole semesters of introductory psychology classes is there is a serious aversion to seeking help for mental health issues. Sometimes its cultural.. sometimes its because you're the man of your family...sometimes it because we want the world to think we have it all together.. the fact is mental health issues doesn't mean you are weak.. it doesn't mean your a less of a man..in reality mental health issues is no different then then randomness of those who get the flu.. it's not your fault.. and you did nothing wrong, other then not seeking help. Let your Doctor know you are having trouble.. ask for a referral to a professional be it a psychiatrist, psychologist, or counselor. You are stronger for seeking help then you are, for self destructing.
