So after a little looking around and searching for a bolt action Savage Mark II I finally found one. It was in the best shape of the ones they had so I had to have it.

I added the BiPod and sling. But it did come with the cheap o 4x32 scope.

So after a job interview today it was off to the range. With a little trial and error and sight in, I found it really liked federal auto match.

first 5 sighted in shots with 550 bulk pack federal

10 rounds of American Eagle by federal

10 rounds of federal auto match

not bad for a $220 gun and off hand. cant wait to get out with the BiPod and see what happens.

all were shot at max distance on a h&h pistol range so I believe its 25 yards? I hope to get it out to a outdoor range in a week or two and set it to shoot at 25 and try her at 50 too. I have a heavy barrel target 10/22 so this is my close range plinker.

I know however its not that bad. I wanted a right hand but could only find this lil gem. but she is a keeper! Ill get a TR later for a right hand bolt 22
