Did my first walk with my 10 pound + pvc pipe "rifle". Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Was a fairly leisurely walk though.
I haven't run with my gear since the last run & gun, But I did do a mile run today, then did 4 sets of squats super set with jumps in between. The extensions, and the ass machine. Tomorrow we will be running that hill on 71st between Harvard and Lewis a few times, then some curls for the girls.
I think if you just train to be in pain, then when you are actually in pain, it just feels like home. - Nick 2014
