Why was he charged with a Federal crime, or is he just be held in Fed custody? Needs to be in the yard of a State prison where he can find out what justice feels like..over and over...

I don’t disagree but to give you what I believe is the answer, I think it was a federal crime when he was caught with the child porn. The molestation convictions were state charges. He was convicted for both.

He left the federal penitentiary in Tucson because he was in gen pop and apparently was repeated assisted.

Thanks. I didn't know. I think Fed prison is way too good for him. He needs to face justice here before he stands before the man for justice there.

I'm assuming you mean assaulted but autocorrect stuck. It's kinda ironic -- I certainly hope the other inmates "assisted" him in experiencing some of what those kids felt. Hopefully wherever he lands will have folks who are ready, willing and able to continue "assisting" him in experiencing such feelings over and over again until he is dead and gone.
