That quad rail looks nice.

I've thought about getting one for mine. It would be nice to hang a light off it, although I think it would be an awfully far location to mount optics.

If you try any optics on it I'd like to hear about your experiences.

I plan on replacing my dust cover with one that has a rail built into it

I had a 0x red/green dot on my rails and it worked good. Any magnification would probably pose a problem with eye relief on the handguard rails. If you want magnification you can get an optics mount to attach to the funny looking plate on the left side of your receiver. Just dont get the dust cover rail unless you want to lose your zero everytime you remove the dust cover.
