Guess what? Crooks and Police / Military have firearms.

Guess what the Brazilian Govt is trying to control / eliminate? Bad guys that have been roaming around for far too long. They have 6 years to try...

Here is the drill for the Brazilian Govt:
1. Brazil is hosting the August, 2016 Olympics http://www.rio2016.org.br/en/
2. Brazilian Govt recently confiscated firearms from civilian population
3. BIG problem with organized and gang crime in Brazil for many years
4. Brazil has less than 6 years to control violent gun crimes
