Pocket watch case

I have had this for 50 years. Found it in an old abandoned farm house. Curious if anyone has any info or if it has any value to anyone. I didn’t even know if any jewelers would be interested or if it would even be worth repairing if you could get parts.

At one time I could unscrew the face of it. I’m either too old and weak now or it’s just stuck and I can’t remove it. I don’t want to force it but I’ll try to see if I can find some markings on the inside.

You may be able to read it through the glass.... It is usually stamped in the center . It looks a lot like the Illinois National I am working on now.
